A step-by-step visual overview of how we take your leatherwear specifications from concept to bulk export delivery.
We review your initial project brief, technical sheets, target delivery timeline, and order volume. Our production team clarifies all critical requirements including leather type, thickness, hardware finish, and sizing specs.
Our pattern master translates your visual references into master card templates. Each panel—body, sleeves, collar, pockets, and facings—is drafted with calculated seam allowances and grading across sizes.
Raw hides are selected and graded for uniform thickness, suppleness, and grain quality. We source cowhide, sheep nappa, buffalo, or suede, alongside durable interior linings, pocketings, and heavy-duty metal hardware.
A single prototype piece is crafted by our master artisan stitchers. This sample serves as the physical benchmark for silhouette proportions, pocket angles, leather drape, and overall construction fidelity.
High-resolution production photography, video walk-arounds, or physical shipment of the sample allows you to inspect every seam. Any necessary tweaks to measurements or hardware are documented and locked in before bulk release.
With the sample approved, our cutting tables begin bulk leather panel cutting, skiving edges for smooth bulk seams, and passing bundles to the sewing lines. Walk-foot industrial machines execute uniform stitching with bonded nylon thread.
Every finished item is laid flat on inspection tables. We audit 100% of the pieces for dimensional tolerance against the spec sheet, pull-test snaps and zippers, verify stitch count per inch, and clean away loose threads.
Approved garments are ironed/conditioned, folded into protective polybags with moisture-absorbing silica packets, and packed into heavy 7-ply corrugated export cartons. Cartons are labeled with your buyer PO and shipped via air or sea freight.
